My Alabama Spring

If you’ve been following Butterfly Outdoors on social media and this blog then you may have noticed I’ve been off my normal posting routine lately. Typically, my goal has been to post daily on social media and post a new blog entry each week.  Due to Shadow’s unexpected illness, April showers, and life in general I have been slacking on Butterfly Outdoors, and I will also be postponing my trekking pole post for a while.

First, Shadow is back to her spunky self, but she is still wearing a cone a fair amount and she probably won’t get her first trail day until next week. She’s going a bit stir crazy, but next week I’ll share a new Shadow on the Trail post so everyone can see her happy return to the woods.  The following week I’ll share my spring paddling outings and photos in a Paddling Alabama post.  This week I’m going to keep it simple and share some recent photos from my pup-less outings this spring, then finish enjoying my anniversary 😍
